Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate the issue.
  • A replacement or refund will be issued as appropriate.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required for the claim.
