Thank you for shopping with Upmara. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website and shipped within the United States.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or if an item is temporarily out of stock, shipment may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you promptly by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier service availability.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@upmara.com
 within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before contacting us, as they may be required for the carrier’s claim process.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If your tracking information shows no updates for more than 10 business days, please reach out to us and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
