Return and refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not happy, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Please note:

Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of a damaged or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for the same item in a different size or color.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs in both directions — sending the original item back and receiving the replacement.

To start an exchange:

 within 30 days of receiving your order.

We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship the replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@upmara.com

We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

We’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
